Terms of Service

SEOBestie is provided by Realm ("we", "us"). By using SEOBestie you are contracting with Realm and agree to these terms. If you keep using the service, you accept these terms and any updates to them.

The service

SEOBestie audits online stores, suggests and writes search-engine and AI-assistant copy (meta titles, meta descriptions, tags, product descriptions, FAQs), and generates short product videos.

Your account and use

• You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the business you represent.
• Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only audit stores you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware, probing, scraping or otherwise interfering with the service's security; reverse engineering or reselling the service; or using the AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or deepfake content, or attempting to bypass safety filters.

AI-generated content

You are responsible for your inputs (prompts, product details, images) and for having the rights to them, and for reviewing and how you use any output. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — check it before publishing, and do not rely on it as legal or other professional advice. Between you and us, you own the output generated for you, subject to third-party rights. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringing content by contacting us; repeat infringers will lose access.

Intellectual property

Realm owns SEOBestie and its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans start with a 14-day free trial, then renew at $9.99/month or $69.99/year until cancelled. Videos are sold in packs of 3 for $3.99, limited to one pack per month. Cancelling a plan ends access immediately.

Service level

We work to keep SEOBestie reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular search ranking. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
